• Drone Surveying: Aerial mapping and surveying using advanced drone technology
• Topographic Mapping: Detailed terrain and elevation mapping services
• Aerial Inspection: Infrastructure and site inspection from aerial perspectives
• Excavation Machinery Rental: Equipment rental for construction and mining projects

• Accurate Information: Provide accurate and complete information for service delivery
• Site Access: Ensure proper access to survey sites and necessary permissions
• Safety Compliance: Comply with all safety regulations and guidelines
• Payment Terms: Make timely payments as per agreed terms
• Legal Compliance: Ensure all necessary permits and approvals are in place

We strive to deliver services within agreed timelines. However, delays may occur due to:

• Adverse weather conditions
• Technical equipment issues
• Regulatory or permission delays
• Force majeure events

We maintain high-quality standards and will re-survey if results do not meet agreed specifications.

• Quotations: All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to applicable taxes
• Advance Payment: 50% advance payment required before project commencement
• Final Payment: Balance payment due upon project completion and data delivery
• Payment Methods: Bank transfer, UPI, or other agreed methods
• Late Payments: Interest may be charged on overdue payments as per applicable laws

Upon full payment, clients receive rights to use survey data for their intended purposes. However:

• Lensman Survey retains copyright to raw data and processing methods
• Clients may not resell or redistribute survey data without written permission
• We may use anonymized project data for marketing and portfolio purposes
• Proprietary technology and methodologies remain our intellectual property

Lensman Survey shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits or business opportunities
• Decisions made based on survey data without independent verification
• Third-party claims arising from client's use of survey data
• Damages exceeding the total project value

We maintain strict confidentiality of client information and project data:

• Project details and survey data are kept confidential
• Data is stored securely with appropriate access controls
• Information is not shared with third parties without consent
• Employees and contractors sign non-disclosure agreements

Either party may terminate services under the following conditions:

• Mutual Agreement: Both parties agree to terminate
• Breach of Terms: Material breach of contract terms
• Non-Payment: Failure to make payments as agreed
• Force Majeure: Circumstances beyond reasonable control

Upon termination, payment is due for work completed up to the termination date.

In case of disputes:

• Negotiation: Parties will first attempt to resolve through good faith negotiation
• Mediation: If negotiation fails, disputes may be referred to mediation
• Arbitration: Unresolved disputes will be settled through arbitration in Bikaner, Rajasthan
• Jurisdiction: Courts in Bikaner, Rajasthan shall have exclusive jurisdiction
